How to:
Take daily but can be taken more than once per day without issue.
Daily Dosage:
Ages 1 - 5: 20 drops
Ages 6 - 12: 20 - 40 drops
Ages 13+: 40-60 drops
*The 8 oz droppers pull up about twice as much liquid compared to the 4 oz and smaller droppers. So with an 8 oz bottle it would be 1 dropper for ages 6 - 12 and 1.5 to 2 droppers for ages 13 and up.
Can mix it into juice or tea to make it easier to take. Tastes sweet and minty!
